Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved the extensive gym and relaxing spa. Its location made it easy to explore and we enjoyed hanging out at the rooftop bar with amazing views. Just a heads up, the close access to the city was nice, but be aware the hotel can get a bit busy at times.

I experienced a frustrating situation with receiving an iron. It took over an hour and multiple calls to finally get it, which was annoying after a long day of exploring.

my stay at hyatt was great! the king room was impressive, especially with the separate toilet and shower. i loved having two washbasins, and the spacious closet was perfect. the breakfast was luxurious with so many options! close to the metro station made it easy to explore, and i also enjoyed the spa facilities.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after visiting the nearby Sports Club and Spa for some workouts and their amazing Aqua-Spa Circuits. Easy access to public transport made getting around a breeze. Breakfast had great selections, too.

The only downside was that the room I stayed in was a bit too dark for my liking. Could use a little more light.

The gym's size disappointed, being merely a cramped room in the basement with only two machines, adding the inconvenience of long waits for the elevator. Additionally, the food service was painfully slow, with orders taking far too long, which detracted from the enjoyment of dining options available. The far-off subway station detracts from the overall ease of accessing the city center, adding an unnecessary layer of hassle to getting around.

I was amazed by the King Room with its black marble bathroom featuring double sinks! The spacious layout, combined with a city view from the 21st floor, made my stay feel extra special. Plus, the extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of options truly set the tone for each day!
